We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and successful real estate transaction.
```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Guide clients through the process of obtaining financing or mortgages
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes
```Qualifications```
- Valid real estate license in the state of NY
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in property management is a plus
