Amo Realty is a real estate brokerage that services all NYC. We're currently hiring agents in our Manhattan office as well as Long Island & Westchester County.

We have a really unique goldmine lead system where high quality buyer and seller clients are constantly provided to our agents each week. We've had the same system for over 16 years and help keep our agents fully booked. We provide buyer, seller & Zillow sale leads to our agents. One of our agents closed a $22m sale from one of our leads.

There are options to take leads in all boroughs, as well as Long Island & Westchester County. Amo Realty is a unique privately owned 50-agent boutique-style national real estate company with small offices in 10 states. We have very small teams in each micro office across the country. We're able to constantly give a constant flow of clients to our small teams of agents.

New agents at Amo really have the opportunity to make $100,000-$200,000 or much more.

We typically give our agents:

- Around 7 Residential Buyer leads per week (there are also options to take leads farther out for an even higher volume)

- Around 1-2 Seller leads per week

- Around 1 Commercial real estate leads per week (Optional)

- Around 5-10 Apartment renter leads per week (Optional)

• A New York Real Estate License is Required
• At lease some real estate sales experience is required

• We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
