Our team is incredibly organized with a solid infrastructure which you can simply plug into and start buildings your book of business. We have all of the tools and coaching needed to assist you in this process.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry and help clients achieve their real estate goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from initial consultation to closing
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Respond to and nurture leads
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients

- Host open houses when needed

- Assist the team and team leader when needed

Requirements:
- A positive mindset
- MUST HAVE New York Real Estate LIcense
- At least two years of real estate sales experience in NYC
- Must be available to show luxury listings and host open houses on Sundays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and follow up skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Participate on coaching calls 2-3 times per month

- Must be coachable and focused

- Full time only

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
