Compensation: FULLY COMMISSION BASED WITH THE POTENTIAL TO EARN $100,000 - $150,000 at plan yearly DOE
Responsibilities •Cold-calling leads that are provided to you
•Farming and canvasing buildings and owners
•Connect with leads provided to you to determine their level of interest, and based on their interest and criteria, search for homes that would be a successful match
•Schedule and coordinate listing tours where you will accompany the buyer and provide important information regarding the building, neighborhood, unit, and pricing to help them make an informed decision on where they choose to buy
•Ensure buyer clients are impeccably serviced throughout the home purchasing process. This includes helping buyers choose the right financing options that are within their budget and identifying the right attorney to represent them
•Serve as the liaison between the buyer and seller, or listing agent, leading to a smooth and successful transaction
•Expertly provide potential home buyers with important information about New York City housing, laws, and processes
•Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, leases, and commission invoices to close the transaction
•Consistently update all personal social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. to generate exposure, clients, and connections that will propel your business forward
•Generate prospective clients through creative and strategic marketing
•Stay connected and informed on real estate news, trends, and local and state laws
•Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
•Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
•Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
•Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
•Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Qualifications •Must have at least 2 sales representing either the buyer or seller
•Must have at least 5-10 rental transactions representing either the renter/landlord and seller/buyer
•Minimum $100,000 gross commission income for 2022
•Must have a minimum of 2 years of New York City real estate experience
•Must have a valid and current New York Real Estate license
•Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
•Skilled negotiator
•Must have extensive experience on platforms such as StreetEasy, Resource, Zillow, and all other listing platforms
•The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable and savvy in today's volatile New York City real estate market
•Technology and marketing-driven
•A go-getter who has the ability to think strategically, and positively and will roll with the highs and lows this business is known for
•This is a commission-based position. Your pay will be commensurate to your level of persistence, consistency, and willingness to implement constructive feedback and training in your career
