We're hiring a Real Estate Agent to sell our homes and help find new homes for our clients. This is a high-volume position with a great deal of activity, so we're looking for an experienced agent with excellent communication skills. The right candidate will be experienced in helping clients find homes that are comfortable and fit their needs, as well as helping them determine the best financing options and closing costs.
Responsibilities:
- Mediate between sellers and buyers.
- Provide information about the property being sold.
- Keep track of client information and contact details.
- Research property prices for sale or rent in the area.
- Report on market trends to clients and other real estate agents.
- Train to improve negotiation skills.

About This Position:
We are looking for enthusiastic, open-minded, and talented agents to join our teams for a full-time RE Agent position. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, passionate about Real Estate and helping others, willing to go the extra mile for their clients, and excited to find them a new home.
Previous experience in sales and customer service is always a plus, however, we will be training you in order to maximize the results. Prior experience is not necessary.
Keep in mind it's a full-time role.
Qualifications:
- NY State Real Estate license or working towards getting it (Enrolled in an accredited course)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Fast learner and always eager to learn (an essential skill for our training)
- Be passionate about Real Estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A High school diploma is required/ Associate/Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Most importantly an ability to work FULL-TIME
