Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Clients;
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible
- Manage databases, Perform data entry tasks to update case information accurately
- Manage Calendar, i.e. Schedule meetings and closings;

Skills:
- Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to details
- Effective communication skills with clients
- Familiarity with contract review and analysis
