About this opportunity :

The Executive Assistant to the President provides on-site administrative and operational support to the President of Nitto Avecia. This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in Milford, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the company president to support all aspects of the executive’s daily work routine.
  • Maintain the president’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements.
  • Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Take minutes during executive meetings.
  • Compiling data for weekly leadership team reports.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the president.
  • Manage the president’s inbox to monitor emails and respond when necessary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Three to five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team.
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Ability to show discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
