Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Analyst:

• Create templates to automate recurring tasks.
• Prepare weekly sales reports, reconcile and review daily sales
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and general journal entries
• Prepare the monthly contract labor cost analysis
• Assist in the monthly financial close, one-off analyses, and other special projects
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support.
• Help develop and maintain reports and analyses
• Build, maintain, and deliver professional customer service and positive working relationships with various corporate and operations departments.

• Job Requirements for the Financial Reporting Analyst:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
• 0-2 years of financial reporting or financial analysis experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills required
• Power Query or Power BI required
• Must possess a motivated and coachable personality with good listening skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
