Primary duties include –

General accounts payable duties including sorting mail, requesting missing invoices, invoice entry into QuickBooks system, weekly check runs

Billing tenants for utilities, rent, and other charges

HR duties including managing health and dental insurance program

General office management duties including ordering supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc

Qualifications -

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy required

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively

Dependable, flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Proficiency with MS Office Applications

Bachelors degree preferred
