We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for assisting our outside sales team providing them with every opportunity to grow in sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and visits
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Create monthly and yearly sales goals for our outside sales team
- Handle all commissions for our outside sales team
- Help assist with quotes and pricing for our outside sales team
- Collaborate with the internal purchasing team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales and building materials required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Technical sales knowledge is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as being a leader of a team
- Valid driver's license
