We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, requests for proposals and provide support for sales, project management and service representatives. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Process requests via email or phone and in-person
• Check data accuracy in work orders and proposals
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update customer records
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Order office supplies and keep inventory stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
• Multi-phone line experience a plus
• Experience with route based systems a plus

Skills

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, office supervisor, Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Excellent organizational
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
