THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of Business Development (B2B) to join our vibrant team and drive our partnership strategy across enterprise clients and physical retail. This candidate is responsible for establishing relationships with managed care organizations, insurers, employers, unions and other entities that address the 50 population. In tandem, this candidate will also close channel partnerships with retailers, pharmacies and the optical channel.
This role is ideal for a hands-on team builder with a strong business development and sales background, who loves leading ambitious individuals. Analytical problem-solvers that can think strategically, build relationships and succeed in closing deals - yet are willing to roll-up sleeves, get tactical and own a divisional P&L - will particularly enjoy this role.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company that is disrupting an industry and is making a lasting positive social impact in people's lives. The candidate will report directly to the CEO.

Compensation: $160-220K annually Base Bonus (OTE $350-400K) - compensation dependant on experience and location
