We are seeking ambitious, energetic, full-time, and part-time Call Center Agent that are looking to begin or advance their career.
Because we are expanding rapidly, there are multiple opportunities to move up in our organization & take on additional responsibilities as we grow.

Shifts : Monday Friday 12 : 00 p.m. to 8 : 00 p.m.; Saturday 9 : 00 to 5 : 00 p.m. and Sunday 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m. opportunities and overtime after 40 hours.
Hourly Rate : $17-23 hr.
Customer Service Representative Essential Functions :
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties, and other account items
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Great active listening skills
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
A patient and empathetic attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and flexibility
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
Computer literacy
Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
In-depth knowledge of a company’s products and / or services
Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, technical support, or another area
Capable of solving a variety of customer service problems and supporting a range of personalities and customer types.
