We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager with a strong background in AdTech to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our ad monetization products, ensuring that they meet the needs of our clients and remain competitive in the market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to take on new challenges. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ad monetization landscape and will use this knowledge to create and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative ad monetization products.
- Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
- Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
- Understand the AdTech market, competition, and user requirements in depth.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure products align with company goals and strategies.
- Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the AdTech industry, with a focus on ad monetization.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve well communicated objectives.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and major trends affecting digital advertising.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven ability to drive decision-making process with persuasion and consensus-building.
