We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our client’s team as a Residential Program Supervisor. As a key member of the residential program, the Residential Program Supervisor will play a crucial role in providing leadership and support to the staff and residents.
*Responsibilities:*
* Provide supervision and guidance to direct care staff within the residential program, including case managers, residential aides, and support staff.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facility, including staff scheduling, program implementation, and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Assist with the recruitment, training, and orientation of new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to residents.
* Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to facilitate communication, collaboration, and professional development among team members.
* Collaborate with case managers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized service plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met in a holistic and person-centered manner.
* Monitor the progress of residents in the program, conducting regular assessments and reviews to evaluate their goals and objectives.
* Coordinate with external service providers, including healthcare professionals, social service agencies, and community organizations, to ensure residents have access to necessary resources and support services.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies related to residential care, including health and safety standards.
* Provide crisis intervention and support to residents and staff as needed, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and program activities, using electronic health record systems and other documentation tools as required.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program.
* Previous experience working in a residential or similar setting preferred.
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and empower staff members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with residents and staff.
* Knowledge of social work principles, practices, and ethics, with a commitment to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
* Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing needs and priorities within the residential program.
_Please note- The annual base salary range is $45k to $65k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer._
