This position requires good administrative, organizational, and computer skills in order to coordinate all aspects of operation for our Create Success educational programs, which include After school, Summer program, and College Bound.
Candidate should have experience working with school-age children in afterschool or related programs and be able to maintain the requirements to meet with the Department of Health and Hygiene regulations.
Candidate will work directly under the Executive Director, must be able to work independently and as a team player, be able to interact with COC partners, parents, tutors, and staff in order to achieve the highest quality environment.

Requirements:
*Candidates that meet one of the following categories of criteria will be most considered for this position:
1.) Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field. And One year teaching or supervisory experience in a school, child day care center, family or group family day care home or other early childhood program
OR
2.)New York State Children's Program Administrator Credential and one year teaching or supervisory experience in a child day care center, family or group family day care home or other early childhood program

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
