Atlas MKE is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Milwaukee, WI

For immediate hire

Compensation:

  • Atlas MKE has established a minimum wage of $20/hour
  • Up to $40/hour ($83,200 Annually) total compensation based on sales performance bonuses and incentives
  • Dental and vision insurance through Delta
  • Paid time off: 22 days total – 10 days of earned vacation, 4 additional paid days for volunteering at your charity of choice, 10 federal holidays, and 2 floating holidays

Job Summary:

Atlas MKE is seeking someone who is driven to give back to the community, lights up a room when they enter, and can talk to anyone about anything. The Sales Development Representative (SDR), which we call Targeting Agents, focus on outbound call first sales to set qualified meetings for our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • A sense of service to the community both locally and nationally
  • Ability to talk confidently with prospects over the phone and email to set meetings for clients
  • Driven to execute outreach strategies for new lead generation
  • Support client sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Attend product training to develop an understanding of client’s products or services
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on past experience

2 years of sales experience

Veteran friendly

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and customers.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $83,200.00 per year
