ATLAS CPAs & Advisors PLLC is seeking an outstanding Administrative Assistant for our Denver location. 

OBJECTIVE/FUNCTION:

The Administrative Assistant will work under the supervision of Managers and/or Partners at our Denver office and will be responsible for providing office administrative support 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Digitizing confidential documents into CCH software.
• Communicating with clients about tax returns.
• Receptionist duties include greeting and interacting with clients and answering multi-line phone systems. 
• Support with general admin needs in a busy, professional business setting.
• Database management
• Regularly use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Computer software and programs knowledge/experience
• Friendly, Social
• Multi-tasker who can work in a fast-paced environment at certain times of year (some weekends will be required during the busy season)
• Proactive and good with deadlines
• Organized, detailed-oriented and professional
• Problem solving and the ability to handle a variety of tasks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required. Some college coursework or a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Experience with a CPA firm is preferred, but not required
