Atlantic Shores Environmental Services Ltd. (ASE) is looking to add an Assistant Bookkeeper/administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Quickbooks on line and be familiar with environmental consulting services. The candidate will assist in managing our financial records and transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in bookkeeping processes. This position has the potential to turn into a full time position for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Support in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct data entry tasks for financial transactions as well as consulting data
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Help with producing reports and checking data accuracy for reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and Proficiency in QuickBooks online
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with office management tasks
- Ability to handle clerical duties efficiently
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
