Field Sales Representative needed for community outreach!
Join our dynamic team as a Field Sales Representative and be part of our growing organization. As a Field Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our business. Duties:
- Visit customer locations
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Assist customers with government programs that can provide discounts and monetary credits under utility and wireless accounts

Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (Spanish written and verbal is a bonus).
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
**Door-to-door sales experience is a plus**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
