Compensation: Uncapped Commission! Current Reps Earning $100,000-$240,000!

MR.FIX-IT™, a renowned leader in home remodeling for over 54 years, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on in-home sales and the ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners.
- Use tools, training, and sales methodology to create a connection with the customer to complete their remodeling project.
- Take part in ongoing sales meetings/ training sessions on a weekly basis
- Reach and Exceed sales target/goals
Requirements:
- High School Degree or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- One-call close experience preferred but not required (we can train you!)
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Availability to run appointments evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift 40lbs.
- Must be able to handle a high volume of driving.
- Must be technologically experienced with using an iPad and CRM systems.
Earning Potential: Average Sales Reps make $100,000 and Top Earners make well above $200K.
