Aston Carter is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work within the Ohio healthcare system. This position is fully work from home (MUST reside in Ohio to qualify), pays $18/hr, and offers a full time, Monday - Friday schedule! All are welcome to apply with priority given to applicants who have relevant prior experience.

Job Description:

Customer Service Representative

• Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
• Handle and resolve complaints.
• Determine client issues and offer possible solutions.
• Resolve billing complaints be performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results.

Qualified candidates will have the following skills:

• 1-2 years recent consecutive call center experience (healthcare/insurance industry preferred, but not required)
• Computer Literacy
• High Speed Internet with Ethernet Capabilities
