We are looking for an investigation Specialist to join the POE program. This individual will be required to validate reviews and deep dive investigations and products to ensure that customers receive authentic and safe products in the condition they expected ensuring a trusted shopping experience.

The right person for this role is someone with strong judgment Ownership Bias for Action and attention to detail - someone who can deliver results in a fast-paced highly ambiguous environment and identify and drive long-term solutions.

The Investigations Specialist will work in partnership with Product Management and business teams to gather requirements to implement proactive measures and work on a feedback loop to continuously improve accuracy both through decision quality and business continuity.

This person will play a key role in identifying stakeholder concerns identifying defects pulling data analyzing trends and providing the best solution and way forward.

Being able to identify patterns in defects ability to deep dive sellers handle escalations and an eye for detail will make you successful at this job.
