Inside Territory Manager

The Inside Territory Manager role is your ticket to revolutionizing the AssuranceAmerica distribution network! Get ready to supercharge our growth by turbocharging existing agents. Skyrocketing premium production to epic proportions, all while seamlessly transitioning ownership to work directly with top-tier TMs and National Accounts. And guess what? This electrifying journey happens right in the heart of Atlanta, where the action unfolds in a mix of in-office power plays and high-energy virtual encounters via Zoom, MS Teams, exhilarating phone calls, and lightning-fast emails. Get ready to be at the forefront of a game-changing adventure!

About the ROLE
Each day at AssuranceAmerica is different, but as Inside Territory Manager in Sales, you will:
• Enthusiastically take steps to successfully deepen relationships with an assigned pre-determined number of existing agents.
• Actively engage with agents making outbound calls and receiving inside calls, tracking specific material points of discussion, related follow up tasks, and scheduled future events with prescribed dates and times.
• Daily phone activity will include extensive focus deepening existing account relationships, taking "ownership" of the relationship with the sole purpose of increasing AssuranceAmerica quotes and applications.
• Supporting existing agents in territories with and without and existing Territory Managers (TM's), supporting national accounts by working in concert with the National Accounts.
• Increase agency quotes and applications by following an established model sales process (MSP) and a defined sales management cadence of phone calls, emails (and text when allowed).
• Be available to respond to calls requesting assistance, always displaying a professional attitude and presence.
• Serve as backup when needed to assist sales support, support licensing, and perform other duties and special projects when requested.

Requirements

About YOU
• Effective telephone sales abilities
• Proficiency in both oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy in decision-making, and proactive recommendations abilities are essential
• Manage multiple priorities and effectively work both independently and in a group
• Meet guidelines for attendance/punctuality and maintain a professional appearance
• Receptive to flexible work hours as needed
• Analytical ability at a level to interact with associates, managers, agents, and vendors
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
Required
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales capacity
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Able and willing to work out of an office environment
Preferred
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Insurance experience
• Worked in a call center environment
Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
