Aspirion Health Resources is Hiring a Remote Vice President, Implementations

What do we need?

The Vice President, Implementations will create, build, optimize, and lead Aspirion’s implementation team. This role is responsible for constructing the go forward standards playbook, defining best practice implementation and operations standards and implementing clients to those standards. Responsible for building, launching, and maintaining a program that ensures client onboarding has a standard, best practice driven methodology, this position is critical in driving quality and scale while ensuring clients are set up for operational success with an output of exceptional collection results and high satisfaction.

The VP, Implementations will collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and Client Success teammates to ensure a consistent delivery system for seamless and exceptional client onboarding experience.

What will you provide?

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects/engagements, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget with a high degree of client satisfaction.
  • Create and own our best practice, highly standardized implementation methodology with appropriate variation to support optimal delivery of each Service Line.
  • Own the master implementation project plan(s) used for managing each client implementation.
  • Project management, technical and data set up, solution design and best practice compliance of all new implementations. This includes the role span of accountability from sales (representing the voice of implementations in the sales process), to onboarding new clients, to program design, set up, and implementation through the transition to Client Success and Operations post go live.
  • Manage all post go live optimization needs of clients to include client EMR migrations and full client file automation.
  • Develop and lead a high performing unified implementation team that delivers exceptional services, is scalable and focused on high quality best practices.
  • Collaborate with Operations to drive optimized workflow through system enhancements.
  • Evaluation and selection of a project management tool that aligns to the needs of the business.
  • Implement standard onboard processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and continuously assess to improve.
  • Ensure Aspirion teammate compliance and client adherence to Aspirion best practice service line data requirements and workflows to reduce variability for Operations and drive optimal performance for the client.
  • Generate regular reports on department performance, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop and build a standardized onboarding/intake process from our Sales to Operations teammates to drive implementation efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate themes contributing to project delays, proactively resolving issues at the root cause.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement program/project risk/issue management plans and strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from project implementation to Operations and Client Success Management or the appropriate business owners for ongoing management.
  • Partner with Operations to determine the right target clients / programs and appropriate order to transition existing live programs to leverage our go forward best practices. For these prioritized clients, lead the re-implementation and transition to our new standards.
  • Partner with Operations and the Enterprise Transformation Office to migrate clients from legacy workflow tools to Aspirion’s go forward Compass platform.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience implementing Revenue Cycle Management technology or services on most common EMRs, such as Epic, Cerner and Meditech.
  • Proven expertise in designing and deploying highly standardized implementations.
  • Strong background in Process Improvement (Lean – Six Sigma a plus).
  • Deep expertise in best practice, standards driven implementations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal and client relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong cross functional, collaborative skills and ability to lead through influence.
  • Results Oriented, Goal Driven professional who will operate well in a fast-paced culture.
  • Strong Change Agent and Champion who understands organizational change dynamics.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on the evolving financial needs of the company, consistently making strategic recommendations to Aspirion’s senior leadership team.
  • Ability to work in and manage to ambiguity, including dealing effectively with issues that do not always have a process, system, or solution in place.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree required, Master in relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management and or implementation experience required.
  • Revenue Cycle Management technology or services implementation experience required.
  • Experience building new process and procedures (onboarding playbook and standardized implementation methodology) required.
  • Experience working with Epic and Cerner preferred.
  • Experience working with legacy acquired systems and migrations preferred.
  • Complex claims and/or denial management experience preferred.
  • PMP certification or Six Sigma is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.

The US base pay range for this position starts at $145,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a bonus tied to achieved results
