Company Description:

Join Aspire2B, a prominent leader in the restaurant franchise industry, known for our commitment to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a Financial Administrator to work closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our headquarters.

Job Summary:

The Financial Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our CFO, ensuring the efficient and effective management of financial operations and administrative duties within the organization. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing financial tasks and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CFO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications with the highest level of discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CFO and other departments, as well as with external partners.
  • Assist in the budgeting process and monitor expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze financial data for internal audits, compliance reviews, and other financial inquiries.
  • Provide support to the CFO in strategic projects and initiatives, offering research and analytical assistance.
  • Organize and maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or finance professionals is a plus.
