Lead the daily operations of our cutting-edge department and lead a team of highly trained clinical experts in neonatal/infant nursing care. Provide strategic oversight for the Neonatal program while managing day to day unit operations in collaboration with the rest of the nursing leadership team. Mentor and evaluate staff to reach their full potential and inspire their continued professional growth.
