Job Title : Administrative Assistant

Location : Westfield, MA 01085

Duration : 4 Months Contract

Pay Rate : $34.51 / hr

Job Description :

• The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following :
• Attend and take minutes for all Facility and Environment of Care meetings.
• Reconcile monthly expenditures.
• Manage and maintain the hospital's online SDS submissions.
• Monitor and maintain the Critical Compliance spreadsheet.
• Support and assist facilities staff with Camis (facility maintenance scheduling program) resetting passwords.
• Maintain inspection reports and inspection permit database.
• Schedule staff training / certifications.
• Order office supplies.
