We are seeking an Administrative / Payroll / Accounts Payable Clerk

• Full Time hourly position working Monday – Friday
• We can be flexible with daily start time for the right individual
• In person position (not remote)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Youwill work in our accounting department as part of the team. Ideal candidate will focus on payroll and A/P, among other accounting functions. We are seeking a responsible, reliable, mature individual with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and complete daily/monthly accounting work. Must be professional and be able to maintain confidentiality regarding payroll and financial information. A candidate with some payroll background is REQUIRED. (HR Checkwriters preferred)

This position includes paid holidays, vacation and sick time, Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long Term and Short Term Disability Insurances and 401k retirement.

This position is located in Westfield, MA with a casual work environment.

• Previous Bookkeeper / Accounting / Payroll Experience (2 years minimum experience)
• Enthusiastic, inquisitive and desire to learn a broad range of topics
• Strong knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Payroll software (HR Checkwriters)
• Accounts Payable and general Accounting Experience
• Confidentiality and Professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Self starter
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work
• Ability to work overtime hours as needed
• Communication skills
• Must be a mature, dependable and responsible individual
