As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Director Network Operations to join our team. The role is based in Brooklyn with occasional travel to other sites in the New York Area. The Network Operations Center Manager position is responsible for the remote restoration and monitoring of the Xchange/Skywire wireless, voice & data network. This position leads a technically diverse team of internal and external members responsible for monitoring the operational network in a Tier 1, 2 and 3 environments on a 24x7x365 basis. This position manages and maintains the operational policies of the Engineering organization governed through Operational Level Agreement (OLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). The NOC Director is the second point of escalation for the Operations Center and its external partners. The ideal candidate will have eight or more years’ experience in successfully managing NOC Operations of increased size and complexity. Establish and drive a culture of accountability and trust that creates engaged associates passionately. Focused on providing a superior network for our customers though the values and behaviors of the company!
