Full time Director of IT Operations & Client Success - 1002
A growing company is looking for an Director of IT Operations & Client Success to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of MSP and management experience, specializing in Level 2 IT support and project management. EMR and ConnectWise experience preferred.
Responsibilities :

• Oversee IT operations and client success initiatives.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Implement and optimize Level 2 IT support processes.
• Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Foster strong client relationships and drive client success initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT operations and client management.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven management experience, leading teams to success.
• Strong proficiency in Level 2 IT support and project management.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems preferred.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar MSP management platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.

Salary: $130k - $160k/Year Benefits
