We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director of Dietary Operations to join our team. As the Regional Director of Dietary Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the regional operations of our organization which is contracted by Skilled Nursing Facilities to prepare meals and provide all dietary needs. Regional Director of Dietary Operations is a regional leadership role that requires strong management skills, operating expertise, and the ability to effectively supervise a team.

Job Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a dietary operations role within the SNF industry

- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management and operations

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

- Experience supervising staff members and managing performance

- Knowledge of dietary requirements for patients, including tube feeding and special diets

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
