Customer Service Coordinator I
Hanover, PA - Hybrid
Pay : $19.00
A customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. If customers want to place an order, find information, get advice, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a customer service assistant.
Customer service assistants may work with customers by phone, online or in person.
Qualifications :
- Assoc Degree Required - Bachelor s Degree preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.
- Working knowledge of Client Office
- Will be flexible for shifts between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM Mon Friday
