Service Coordinator Representative – Hanover, PA

Job Description:

1. Shipping and Receiving

2. Part ordering /routing to repairs

3. Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, complaints, or technical problems, and work towards finding satisfactory solutions.

4. Order entry into ERP

5. Order shop supplies.

6. Perform daily or weekly shelf audits of WIP

7. Keep shop clean/organized.

8. Attend to minor/daily facility’s needs.

9. Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance to customers or clients seeking information, support, or resolution to issues.

10. Act as safety chair for facility

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or associate degree

• 1-2 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service preferred
