Job Title: Hiring Operations Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
Duration: Temporary (3-4 months), potential for extension
Start Date: ASAP
Summary:
In this role, you'll help with onboarding new hires after they've been offered a job. This includes handling paperwork, entering data, scheduling drug screenings and health checks, and managing candidate I9 forms. You'll also keep employee files organized to make sure we follow EEO regulations. 1-2 times a month, you'll lead 4-day-long orientations for new hires. You'll also help with other HR tasks like scanning and filing.
Requirements:
- 1 year of E-verify & I9 Experience
- 3-5 years of advanced computer skills (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Preferred: Human Resource Experience, HRIS (Chronos, Workday, SAP), Alchemy virtual videos
Soft Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong Facilitator Skills
- Team Player
Job Type: Temporary
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Ability to Relocate:
