Kuehne + Nagel is Hiring an Integrated Logistics Operations Specialist Near Indianapolis, IN
- Coordinate transport services for customer orders, including exceptional and special transport requests, using our transport management systems
- You will select transport modes, logistics service providers within the agreed selection parameters, to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery service in full
- Handle manual order entries
- Complete administrative tasks including cost allocations and effort reporting, and prepare standard reports like document monitoring and forecasting
- Execute event monitoring services to guarantee agreed delivery service, checking and opening deviation reports based on event monitoring
- Issue, receive, and respond to deviations reported and propose corrective actions
- Recognize and escalate operational and systems issues impacting the service in time to your management
- Adhere to, if applicable, Kuehne Nagel Engine Chain product standards
