Arrow International, Inc. is the world’s largest provider of charitable and social gaming solutions, and we are looking for a Compliance Manager or Compliance Paralegal to join us at our Cleveland headquarters. The Compliance Manager or Paralegal will report to the General Counsel and be responsible for the overall regulatory compliance of the Company under applicable federal, state, provincial and tribal gaming authorities. This position's main responsibility will be to create compliance policies and procedures for implementation across multiple departments, to facilitate the tracking and maintenance of information data points as required by various gaming agencies and in line with best practices, and to be responsible for the submission of ongoing reports with such agencies. The Compliance Manager’s or Compliance Paralegal’s job description includes the following, as determined by the General Counsel from time to time:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• At the direction of the General Counsel, Vice President of Government Affairs and any other Compliance Counsel, review and summarize applicable electronic gaming rules, statutes and relevant case law for business use, and monitor these for any developments.
• Working with business team partners, formalize the Company’s electronic gaming policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all electronic gaming regulatory requirements.
• Create, organize and maintain the Company’s electronic gaming compliance records and reports to document compliance with applicable laws, including all shipping, product approval, game certification and required reports and filings.
• Verify the license status of all customers that lease or purchase the Company’s electronic gaming products and maintain records of such licensure.
• Assist the General Counsel in responding to requests from regulatory agencies regarding our electronic gaming devices, including preparing for and responding to regulatory reviews and audits.
• Perform other routine compliance tasks concerning documentation and reporting.
• Other assignments as directed by the General Counsel.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• At least 5 years of gaming industry experience in a compliance role.
• Paralegal certification, if applying for the Compliance Paralegal role.
• Requires complete discretion and ability to maintain confidential information.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competitive priorities and deadlines.
• Requires the ability to think and work independently and creatively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management, including the executive team.
• Ability to develop effective procedures and to implement procedures across multiple departments within the Company.
• Ability to meet deadlines and report progress or concerns to the General Counsel in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in the office with limited direct supervision and respond promptly to all requests.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well in teams, sound legal judgment and strong work ethic required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and DocuSign a plus.
