Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday with rotating weekend

Description:

Summary:

· The main function of a clinical data assistant is to perform support tasks in data management within the clinical data management team.

· Their responsibilities often revolve around coordinating with different departments to gather data, maintaining and updating databases, processing and organizing documentation, preparing progress reports, and analyzing data as needed.

Responsibilities:

· Manage admissions database system, consistently updating information, and adding new inquiries.

· Optimize classification quality.

· Perform quality audits and root-cause analysis.

· Provide assistance to clinical data managers.

· Gather data and organize documentation.

Skills:

· Organizational, verbal and presentation skills.

· Detail oriented with basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Understanding of data storage systems.

· Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.Data management skills required.
