Will be calling participants to confirm them for a check in,Will be giving the participant a calendar and guidelines and restrictions of the study, processing payments, more administrative tasks.
Summary:
The main function of a clinical data assistant is to perform support tasks in data management within the clinical data management team.
Their responsibilities often revolve around coordinating with different departments to gather data, maintaining and updating databases, processing and organizing documentation, preparing progress reports, and analyzing data as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage admissions database system, consistently updating information, and adding new inquiries.
Optimize classification quality.
Perform quality audits and root-cause analysis.Provide assistance to clinical data managers.
Gather data and organize documentation.Skills:Organizational, verbal and presentation skills.
Detail oriented with basic analytical and problem-solving skills.Understanding of data storage systems.
Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.Data management skills required.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.Associates degree preferred.0-2 years of experience.
