We are a high volume consumer debt firm looking for a Data Entry/Legal Assistant. Job duties would entail:

• Data entry, running programs, and tracking progress using excel.
• Opening and closing office. Greeting clients.
• Keeping the office organized and clean.
• Handling the production of mailings.

Data entry experience a plus, pleasant, and someone who takes initiative. Skilled at multi-tasking.
