Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: - Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment - Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed - Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized office environment Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Excellent calendar management skills - Ability to supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff - Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Professional phone etiquette If you are a highly organized individual with strong administrative skills, we encourage you to apply for this position.
