About the Role:

Infusion and Home Care RN will apply all nursing skills in this role, including infusion, wound care, ostomy teaching, medication teaching, and disease management. Our orientation program is based on your clinical experience and needs for further education. We encourage work-life balance through the ability to document at the point of care. We provide you with the tools to make this possible. The right candidate will be highly motivated and flexible and looking for a positive work environment.

Available shifts:

3 PM-11 PM, Monday-Friday alternating weekends (for a total of 5 days a week)

*$5,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate*

Pay Range: from $72,000 to $90,000

Requirements

• Based on the assessment of new patients, create a plan of care in conjunction with physician orders
• Provide hands-on nursing skills along with patient/family education per the patient's plan of care.

• A passion for your profession
• Home Health experience is strongly recommended for this position.
• OASIS fluency, infusion, and wound care preferred
• 2-3 years of diverse nursing experience to be successful in this role
• Must have Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
