Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR initiatives that promote employee wellness and support our mission of health transformation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract and select talented individuals who are passionate about our purpose.
  • Cultivate a positive employee experience through effective communication, conflict resolution, and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll after reviewing reports to ensure all hours have been accurately entered into the system
  • Drive performance management programs to empower employees and fuel their professional growth.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and practices that align with our health-focused mission.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Administer benefits programs that promote employee well-being and reinforce our commitment to health.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, including events and activities that strengthen our health-focused culture.
  • Collaborate on special HR projects that drive innovation and positive change within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Three-five years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with employees.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficient HR processes.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and best practices, particularly in the context of health-focused organizations.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using HRIS systems and other relevant HR tools.
  • Respect for confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking new ways to improve employee experiences.
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
