Ardelle Associates is seeking a contract Executive Assistant to support the federal government in Washington, DC.
The ideal candidate will be outwardly professional, excel at communication, display superior organizational and project management skills, and be a flexible and adaptable problem-solver who can employ sound judgement and initiative.
Duties Include:
Supporting various meetings and events, such as Board Meetings, All Hands Meetings, and Executive Leadership Council (ELC) Meetings. This involves tasks such as preparing meeting materials, coordinating with relevant parties, and ensuring the dissemination of correct information. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for correspondence and document management, including routing correspondence and reports, updating procedures, and collecting reports from senior leaders. Additionally, they provide support to the Office of the Executive Director (OED) by assisting with calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks. Overall, the Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to senior leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of various meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) year degree required (Four (4) year degree preferred)
- Five (5) years of experience supporting C-Level executives
- Demonstrable proficiencies with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat
- Advanced Microsoft Suite certification (preferred)
- Candidates with prior federal contract experience/security clearance may be given special consideration.
Contract:
- Full time (40 hrs/week) Monday -Friday and one (1) year to start

Pay: $34.50 - $38.91 per hour
