About the Job:

Arcoro’s Customer Development Representative Team is responsible for communicating with customers to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer, and success at every stage of the customer lifecycle. He or she is also responsible for learning about customer needs, discovering current challenges, and aligning them with the correct team member to facilitate the best resolution.

What you will be doing:

• Source customer resolutions and new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate interest
• Understand and demonstrate the value of ExakTime’s Time and Attendance Solution and other Arcoro HR Modules to customers
• Qualify leads for sales and route to the appropriate team member
• Prepare and present engaging information about ExakTime’s value proposition to current and potential customers
• Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information in Salesforce CRM
• Meet personal sales goals
• Contribute to organizational sales goals
• Cold calls through phone and/or email communication
• Maintain and expand current customer relationships
• In-person or virtual meetings with existing and prospective clients
• Research prospective clients through various sources
• Attend and network at tradeshows and/or other events
• Daily CRM utilization
• Demonstrate excellent customer service for all existing and prospective clients
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular and predictable attendance
