Role Summary:
The Financial Planning Manager will oversee our team of Senior Financial Paraplanners, ensuring that our planning services are delivered effectively and align with our company's goals. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and integrity of our financial paraplanning services.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support Senior Financial Paraplanners.
Ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
Contribute to firm growth through effective management and strategic input.
Requirements:
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Minimum 5 years of management experience in financial planning.
Compensation:
Salary plus profit-sharing based on the performance of planners and overall customer satisfaction.
