The Project Manager, Demand Planning will focus on global launch readiness activities supporting Yeti's Commercial team. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, this role partners closely with Operations and Product teams to drive execution of go-to-market strategy. They are responsible for project prioritization and execution supporting the launch goals of the Commercial team. Position Type (See Workplace Approach Below): Hybrid Responsibilities:
Drive prioritization of all new product global launch readiness
Develop and maintain all project related documentation such as scope, requirements, timelines & internal meetings
Coordinate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timelines developed are met without risk
Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including Site Merchandising, Custom Program Management, Retail Stores, NPD Marketing, Allocation, Supply Planning, and Logistics
Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, identify risks, and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem
Build constructive business relationships with all Commercial stakeholders, including Operations, Product Category, and Marketing
Demonstrate effective planning and effective stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic timelines and backlog priority
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor's Degree required
At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Proven relationship builder with diverse stakeholder groups
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity

Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
Remote: Role is full-time remote.
