Human Resource Associate

Up to $50,000 annually

Full Time, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need:

We are currently looking for a full time Human Resources Associate that is eager to perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Agency's human resource department.

What We Need:

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Answers frequently asked questions from staff relative to standard policies, benefits, etc; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Provides clerical support to the HR department.
• Assists with new hire orientation, recruitment, benefits and other administrative duties.
• Other support to the HR team as needed

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Familiar with Google and MS Office Suites
• 2-3 years HR experience required
• Self starter that is eager to learn
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Takes initiative to identify concerns and provide solutions
• Customer Service experienced preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Bi-lingual a plus.
