Non Profit Agency Training Director
Salary Up to $85,000/year

Full-Time, Mercer County, NJ

Who We Need:

The Non Profit Agency Training Director leads the development and implementation of all aspects of a non profit agency's training programs and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. This position will lead the training department to promote a positive employee experience starting at the time of hire and support professional growth. Department priorities will support the organization's strategic plan.

What We Need:

• Align with Organizational goals: develop and execute innovative trainings designed to promote a culture of excellence and professional growth. Lead the training department to support the Agency's strategic plan designed to promote long-term professional growth and retention.

• Lead Agency with innovation: Driven to continuously assess current trainings and develop new platforms to engage our employees with professional and personal development. Understand the training needs of our employees to enhance retention. Chair Agency Training Committee to analyze each training offered and to learn more on how to make improvements and develop new curriculum.

• Implement Best Practices: Department will continuously strive to implement best practices to ensure all employee training files are accurate and organized; utilizing technology to its fullest potential.

• Leadership and Change Agent: Drive innovation and transformation across agency departments: develop curriculum to support the success of agency growth.

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7 years of related experience with training development
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
