• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outside sales, including canvassing neighborhoods and engaging with potential customers.

• Utilize door-to-door sales techniques to communicate product benefits and convert leads into sales.

• Develop a strong understanding of company products to address customer inquiries effectively.

• Build and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with strangers and articulate product value.

• Use own vehicle for sales activities in assigned territory.

• Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and maintain detailed records.

• Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

• Handle confidential information with trustworthiness.

• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to sales strategy development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in door-to-door sales, although not required.

• Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for transportation to sales locations.

• Access to a personal mobile phone for communication purposes.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with strangers in various settings.

• High level of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
